(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with my purchase. There were no surprises when opening the box. The photos provided were accurate and I was quite pleased with the size of the bag. I purchased it for my two kittens. As they grow older, I am going to have to order a 2nd one as they soon won't both fit inside the one.
Both sides of the bag are zippered and netted so your animal can see you and get fresh air. There is also a zippered and netted area on the top of the bag as well. It is easy to assemble and the rollers with handle work excellent.
My only complaint about the bag is that it collapses easily...meaning because it is a bag, it doesn't always properly stay erect. The side might cave in a little if you set it down. However, it does not effect my kittens in any way. I also recommend putting a blanket inside of it for extra cushion.

This hammock car seat pet protector has been a life saver and more importantly a TIME SAVER. I'm not constantly having to vacum out my car after transporting dogs around (which, as it turns out, is all the time!). I have a silver PT Cruiser and the gray seat cover looks nice in it. Very happy with purchase!

For dogs who are already crate trained its excellent and there is lots of mesh so they can see out and have good ventilation. However, there is a newer version of this crate, same manufacturer, that has only one mesh door and a couple small strips of mesh. If they are sending this crate instead of the one pictured,as one reviewer indicated, its terrible and you should NOT buy it.

She has taken long car trips, and just curls up and goes to sleep, or stands up and takes view of the sights! It is so easy to take in and out, and the clip just clips on to a harness that I keep in the carrier. I love this even more than the one that hangs over the car seat!

(More customer reviews)This product is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I have a chihuahua who's almost 11 years old, and has occasional accidents. Since having the carpeting replaced, and not wanting to put her into a claustrophobic kennel (just seemed wrong), I went for this product. It's so roomy! and the design is feminine, sturdy, lightweight and open. The gate is so well made and very cute and useful.
For those of use who work and need to keep our pets in a controlled area when we can't watch for accidents, this pet pen is a livesaver, and my dog absolutely loves it. There's enough room for a small oil-filled heater, her large burrow bed and blankets, water bowl, bone-chewing/play area. Also, I sectioned off a small area for her potty pads, so she doesn't have to "hold it" when I'm gone for longer periods of time. The pen is so roomy, that there's plenty of distance between the potty pads, her bed, and water dish. You can also customizing the shape of the pen. It's the greatest!
In terms of waterproofing, I lined the bottom with a shower curtain from the dollar store and topped with a queen-sized quilt. It's soft and comfy and accident-proof! Even my cat sneaks in there to catch a few winks.
This is so much better than a kennel or keeping your pet in the bathroom while you're away.

The Iris pen has stood the test of time, and has saved my dog from having to be in a confined, oppressive area while I'm away at work during the day. Today, I am purchasing another of these pens, which will serve as fencing around the patio of my small cottage. Can't think of a more perfect weather resistant, durable, SAFE fence for my dog (and cat who can't jump high distances) to play within outdoors. Two of these pens linked together will provide a rather large fenced area (over 12 feet).

Believe that from a distance, the fencing might appear as a picket fence. This will not only serve to keep the pets safe, but will look sharp and never dry rot or warp. Seriously, this is the most versatile, liberating pet product on the market. Can't wait to see my pets coming and going through their own pet door into the fenced patio, and be outside whenever they please to catch the late morning/afternoon sun (when it's out!). Will cover a portion of the fencing with some type of tarp for when it rains.
How cool is this product? Still say this is the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon, and I buy lots of stuff.

It was fairly easy to assemble, one of the very few cons I have about it was the instructions were not very deatiled, though it was semi-easy to figure out with them. It was assembled within 5 minutes, and I took my cat for his first walk outside- he absolutely LOVES it! The stroller itself is holdig up wonderuflly, with my 15+ lb cat. The zipper, fabric, and frame are great! I have NOTHING else negative to say about this! It was a GREAT deal and I could not ask for more!! If you want to get your pet something that will hold up and last for many walks outside, even through grass, this is it!!! Amazing product~!!!

The one thing I hat most is the fact that it doesn't sit straight unless the seat is straight up and down. This makes it impossible to have a good fit in the back seat. The leash that is used to connect the dog is too long. I would never leave my animals unattended in this seat since they could try and jump out and hang themselves. If you have a very calm dog that will likely lay down and go to sleep then this seat is a good idea. Also the seat size is a little small for my 5 pound chiuahua. He can sit but not lay down. My 12 week old Min Pinscher fits very good but she is tiny and only 3 pounds. I dont think I would buy another.

I've been walking my cats, Captain Scratchy and Sprinkles, ever since they were kittens. And let me tell you, I've been through my share of cat strollers. Petmate 21193 Traditional Kennel, Large, Light Gray Review

(More customer reviews)I have a Classic Kennel that I bought from Petco for $55. I wanted a second crate for crate training and bought this one because I thought they were comparable. They are not.
The Petmate kennel is made from flimsy plastic compared to the Classic Kennel. You can feel the plastic flex on the Petmate. The Classic Kennel has quality screws that attach the top to the bottom; the Petmate has cheap molded plastic clips. The door fits perfectly on the Classic Kennel; the door is ill-fitted on the Petmate and is difficult to close.
Basically, it looks like the Petmate went with the cheapest materials to keep their costs down. I would not transport an animal in it, although I will keep it for crate training. Too difficult to return.
Update: 6/9/2009
After having this kennel for about 1 week, I have been able to get the door to close by taking the reviewer's advice above. I cut away some of the plastic to the kennel opening. I also had to reverse the door (open right to left). However, the cheap plastic clips that hold the kennel together keep popping off.

I just love the fact that the mesh netting closure zips up all the way to prevent my little angel from escaping. You do need to line the bottom with a puppy pad just in case of an accident. But since it's quilted the whole thing can just be thrown in the washer for cleaning. So no really worries.

When it arrived, I was disappointed with the heavy bulky folding insert that you put inside the kennel for the bottom. The stroller part has no rigidity/support, so when you place the kennel part on top, you really need that folding insert..that insert must of weighed 5 pounds, & because that insert folded in half, there was a big fold line. I returned it. Now if you planned on using it daily, it is okay, BUT still that large fold crease line on that insert, is not good. Stupid because it is really not a folding stroller, & it should have had 1 long piece/non folding for the insert/support.
