I didn't notice it, and was waiting for a brownish bowl, like the one on the picture, but got a white one instead, which looks very plain. It is a good size, though, and my cat likes it, which is most important. :)

(More customer reviews)I looked long and hard for this bag and finally found it through Amazon. Sadly, the bag was much to big for me to use as a purse, so I returned it.
The return has yet to hit my bank account. I doubt I will EVER use Amazon again for a purchase. I had called Entirely Pets a number of times trying to follow the return so I could get my money back.
I shipped the purse out on the 4th of March, today is the 29th and had to call Entirely Pets again to check on my refund. They called Amazon and said it would be credited to my account within 24 hours.
I find this shopping experience troublesome and I had to spend too much time trying to get my money back.

The tank is really short, you have to bend or sit down to look at the fish. Mold also forms under the lid which I have to occasionally clean in order to prevent any build up.

She carries our kids water and hers and is usually ready to go home after about 20 minutes from exhaustion! We noticed that it also helps her to stay focused on the walk. She no longer pulls (the hyper side of her) and because she is so exhausted and drained from the walk, she has less room to be fearful over things. Yes, she is still fearful and may always be, but this has helped a lot!

(More customer reviews)This is a fabulous product - SO well made, sturdy, cute, and well designed. The packs themselves are attached with velcro so you can pull them off the harness for rest periods - don't have to take the entire thing off each time.
I have read so many great things about backpacks for hyper dogs. I have a Rat Terrier who has more energy than our daily walks could satisfy. A 15 minute walk with a backpack like this one is said to equal a 45 minute walk without the pack - so I tried it. First thing I noticed was my dog's immediate calmness. He walked so well beside me - because now he had a job to do, a purpose. He wasn't all over the place thinking for himself, he was carrying my water for me! He walks so calmly, and a 20 or 30 minute walk is enough to make him calm and submissive the rest of the day.
I use a really small water bottle on each side (8 oz each) and the pack weighs 10 oz to start with. We stop from time to time and I get a drink for both of us, so he's aware he's carrying our water, and as we go along the pack gets lighter as we use the water.
Many people have stopped us to ask about the backpacks and I hope my recommendations have brought them here to this store. I wish I'd heard of these years ago!

(More customer reviews)This is perfect to keep the Pet Step in my small SUV or at home when it is not being used by my dog. The case fits the Pet Step II perfectly. Please note that the HALF-STEP ramp will not fit in this case. It is two inches too long.
There is extra room in the bag so it is not difficult to get the Pet Step II ramp in it. The bag also has enough room in it to hold accessories.
I have leather seats in my SUV and the carrier bag keeps the ramp from soiling or abrading the leather seats.
It makes carrying the Pet Step II a snap.

(More customer reviews)My daughter picked out this cage for her 2 dwarf hamsters. The second night she had them, one of the hamsters managed to get her head between the bars by the clip on the door. Although the bars in most of the cage are close enough together to be safe, there is a space beside the clip on each of the doors where a dwarf hamster can get her head out. The hamster died. We have since taped up the area around the clip to prevent the second hamster from doing the same. The other hamster seems to be enjoying the cage, but she misses her sister! (Also the wheel is very noisy-- you'll want to buy the Silent Spinner or other quieter wheel.)

(More customer reviews)Easy to load into the back seat, pop up, slide the bar locks. Puppy has "threatened" to claw or chew thru the mesh but has NEVER been able to puncture it. Yeah... there was a learning period. I'm right-handed. I pull the front panel up; reach in through the door and slide the left bar lock into place, then I reach in from the top to slide the right bar lock.. zip everything up, ADD clasp/lock hook to link the two zippers together at Top, Side, and Door... Otherwise, my smartie-pants dog can work her toenail into the gap and unzip an opening. I don't think MOST dogs are as smart as her.. but it's better to err on the side of caution and lock the two zippers together on each panel.

Just to find it on Amazon again for $17. So they cancelled my order just to re-offer the product for more money. I refuse to buy anything from this company. Any company that would do this to customers doesn't deserve my business.
