(More customer reviews)I have a large icrate with a divider panel. I do love this crate, however the hooks and edges are very sharp. Today I took the divider panel out so I could collapse the crate to give to friend who is watching my puppy while I'm out of town. I leaned the panel against the bedroom door and my puppy came up to investigate. As she backed up, a hook went COMPLETELY THROUGH HER EYELID. After a couple seconds of her screaming in pain I managed to get her calm enough to carefully slide the hook back out and rush her to the vet. Fortunately the hook did not injure her eye but she has a bloody gash in her eyelid and it's very swollen. She's going to have to be on antibiotics for the next week. Vet visit cost $120, half of which was for the emergency status of the visit and the other half for the antibiotics. The hooks need to be rounded off or filed down.

(More customer reviews)I usually don't write reviews, but this dog "bed" arrived in a small cardboard box. It had been folded up into a small square because it has no stuffing inside. It's just fur on one side and fleece on the other. It provides no comfort. With the 20% restocking fee, I didn't even try to return it. The return policy says no pet items are returnable anyway. This was a rip off and I highly suggest you try another product. It is not as pictured above.

I have several sizes, one that fits in a large crate, one that goes in the dog house, and the rest are just for laying on in different rooms. These are loved by my cats as well as my dogs. I have washed them and they came out like new, being as they are tufted, the stuffing can't all bunch in one place. The bottom is non skid, so it stays in place. They are thicker than alot of pads I have seen for crates and such, which I think makes them more comfy.
