(More customer reviews)This is a very nice, sturdy, collapseable carrier. It's nice to have something that is top and side loading. After having a hard plastic carrier, this one is much better for our lifestyle - in an apartment with no space to store a non-collapseable carrier. This carrier is perfect for our needs. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I had some difficulty with arthritic hands to get the supports connected initially but it seems to be easier each time I do it and it is easy to unconnect them.

(More customer reviews)I reviewed this product to purchase for my 5 lb maltepoo. It is huge and bulky. It collapses on her and the metal connections from the straps to the bag look cheap. The straps are also very cheap looking. It is not a crisp black and white pattern. I am back on the search for another bag and will be passing this on a neighbor with a 10 lb poodle.

Unfortunately I found out the hard way that my Chihuahua isn't the appropriate dog for a soft crate...he ripped his way out the first time he used it, in five minutes. I sewed up the door, and now use it for his night time crate, when I'm sleeping only a foot away.

(More customer reviews)when i ordered this bag i was very happy with the price. i had seen the same bag for $65 on other sites! it arrive promptly from the estimated time I was given. I love this bag! It's sturdy enough to hold my samson securely and the pocket on the side allows me to carry a few essentials for me. i would definately reccomend this bag to anyone. I will say the velvet insert is not very thick so i actually put another insert in the bag that was a little softer.

(More customer reviews)I had been looking for the "perfect" pet carrier for some time. After an exhaustive search and several purchases, this turned out to be the perfect one. It is made well and is roomy enough for my little maltese without being too big. It is cute and discreet since it looks like an ordinary tote bag/ large purse. With this, I can sneak my dog into places that I normally would not be able to take him inside.
I wanted something that I could carry on my shoulder, had sides that could be unzipped for my dog to stick his head out, and had a padded chin rest. I also wanted one that had a large enough pocket for my personal items so that I did not also have to carry a purse with me.
I highly recommend this carrier:)

(More customer reviews)I needed something to help my adult cat of 8 years to feel comfortable during the cross-country move from WV to OR last summer. And this little "home" did the trick. It's still his safe haven-- it was evident that I had to keep the thing intact even after moving into our new home. He eats, sleeps, hides, and plays in this little "house". The size (medium) is perfect. It's bigger than I anticipated, but worked out okay. It will fit in the back seat on one side of the car and it is strong and sturdy enough to hold contents on the top. The floor is sturdy and the flaps allow for choice of privacy or air-flow. I highly recommend!
