(More customer reviews)Good quality workmanship. I recommend that you purchase crates based on actual measurements instead of description. We had to return the first one. The seller was quick to process my return and ship my new crate. I do recommend a small lock or paper clip on the zipper if your dog is a houdini like mine. When we travel he spends more time sitting on top of his crate when he has to stay alone in the car or hotel room. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

(More customer reviews)This soft crate works good for us. It is fairly lightweight and well made. Our 7 month old miniature dachshund puppy went in it immediately and went straight to sleep. No problems. It is much quieter to travel with this soft crate than the metal one we were using. I love the one main handle for carrying it and the side zipped pouch for putting a little food, water, bowl and leash in. I definitely would recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)This crate is spacious, easily portable and appears to be well made. There is, however, some difficulty in placing the two support bars in their recepticles or removing them for folding. The product could be improved by allowing the machanism that adjusts the length of the support bars to shorten them a bit more so that the bars can be positioned without forcing them into their recipticles. I have identified another product that I believe will be a bit more user friendly and would have returned this item, but one of the dogs ripped the pocket in the carrying case. I will continue to use the crate, but I expect that this design flaw will continue to be an irritant as it does not appear that the material will stretch enough over time to allow easier placement of the bars.
