(More customer reviews)The crate arrived very quickly, which is great. I ordered it for my 8 month old Papillon for our trip to Europe so that she could stay crated while on vacation. The crate is super cute, pink is very nice for a girl, but it was huge, it is even bigger than the hard sided crate she has at home. My dog is only about 7 pounds and I could easily fit 3 of them in this one. A crate should not be too spacious. Otherwise, great quality product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the size, this small is definitely more like medium or even large.

It is not all that mesh netting like most of the others of its kind so you don't have to worry about your dog breaking through the netting. I liked that the frame was made out of sturdy aluminum pipes. This is a very well made product.

(More customer reviews)This arrived very quickly, and was packed well, but the item itself is not good quality. There were no instructions included, either, and - though you don't have to be a genius to figure it out - it would have helped. My main issue is with the door. It is easy to pull it off, even when it's closed. Now, I bought this for a 6 pound, tiny cat and will rarely be using it. It sufficed for the one trip I took with it, so I won't be returning it. I wouldn't recommend it for a larger cat/dog and I'd recommend paying a little more and getting a better quality carrier, for those who are looking.

(More customer reviews)This product looks nice, but it was not designed to be very functional. The top of the carrier does not zip completely closed. To close the top you zip both sides and then there is a button to close the other end (your zip the long sides, and button the loose short side). There is an 6 inch section of the top which is closed with a single button. This allows the pet to reach out of the top on either side of the button. once their paw is out they can just push the zipper down and open the top. Luckily my cat has only escaped indoors. I even tried to tie it closed but they still get out. the only thing you can do with this carrier is sew the top closed and only use the side door.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED IN THIS CARRIER.

I just love the fact that the mesh netting closure zips up all the way to prevent my little angel from escaping. You do need to line the bottom with a puppy pad just in case of an accident. But since it's quilted the whole thing can just be thrown in the washer for cleaning. So no really worries.

(More customer reviews)I bought this pet carrier for my new Boston Terrier puppy - probably 5-6 pounds right now. The "Small" size Argo carrier is still much too big for him. However, even if it were the right size, the quality doesn't match the price of this carrier. It looks great, but 1) The holes you load the dog through on the sides are VERY small, even for my little dog - I could barely get him into the thing; 2) The inside is lightly padded on the bottom, but is covered only with hard plastic - other carriers have nice furry insides; 3) It doesn't have any pockets to hold your personal items (wallet, cell phone), or the dog's items (clean-up bags, treats, etc.). The peep hole is nice, but there's no way to cover it up (in case the dog gets over-excited in public, you want to make a quick run into the grocery without anyone noticing him, etc.) In summary, the bag looks very cute, but is not very functional. I returned it immediately.

(More customer reviews)This carrier was longer than most I was able to find, which is what I needed for my beagle/dachshund/chihuahua mix who is longer than the average small dog. It's very stylish and incredibly affordable as far as pet carriers go. It's sturdy enough for our 8lb dog and gives her enough room to turn around and still meet the requirements of airline carry on. The materials are polyester, so it does look a little like cheapie duffel bag, but for the price and fit, I have no complaints.

Since he is such a tiny guy, this crate offers both a play area and a bedroom.
The construction is very durable and the color (red, my favorite) is fun.
I particularly like the three entries and the two storage pouches, one of which is detachable.
So far, he is enjoying the crate. I like the fact that the sides are soft, since he is still in his wobbly stage.
This was a great buy for us.

It can push down to fit under the seat on a plane which is nice for any one who has a medium/small size dog that will lay down once in the carrier. The only complaint I have is you can't take out the inside liner so you can't clean it. Any one who ownes a pet knows that pretty big factor. I think for at expensive of a carrier that it is the fact that you can't clean it makes it not really worth it. My Dog is a min pin/grey hound mix he is about 18lbs and he loves to be inside the carrier and fits in it well. The first time i put him in it he didn't like it but after a week of getting him used to it he prefers it over his bed in the house so that is a big upside.

Sherpa Bag Pet Carrier - Small in Red Review

(More customer reviews)I must say, I was willing to pay this amount because I thought I was getting a better quality item. After a only a few weeks, this bag caved in and my puppy would no longer go into it. I tried several times and ways to fix it, but it would not stay up.
I contacted the company and they told me to "stuff it with wet towels and spray it heavily with starch..." are they kidding? Then I found a reference to this problem under their web site FAQ's. So, they are knowingly selling a defective item and expecting the customer to then fix it. They never responded to my second email... I could not return it because it had been used.
This is a company that does NOT stand behind it's products. I found a much less expensive one at target, and it works much better!
Do not waste the extra $ on this item.
