(More customer reviews)My 1.5 year old, 60 lb goldendoodle tends to chew through toys and eats EVERYTHING, so this dense rubber bone is a godsend. He loves to chew on it for hours; the bone shape really seems to appeal to him. He does put dents and divots in it and occasionally takes teeny chunks off, but not large enough to worry about. (I'm talking about a doodle here, so it might be different with a serious power chewer with more massive jaws.) I originally bought a 6 inch version at a store, which I had to toss after about 4 months because one of the ends had deteriorated enough for me to worry about a 3/4 inch chunk breaking off. This was a record for any rubber toy other than a Kong, which he doesn't really like to gnaw on. The 9 inch version I got through Amazon feels really heavy, and he loves it even more. He runs straight to it after he comes home, to check on it! I think it will last longer than the smaller bone.

Brand New YML Group Inc Folding Dog Cat Kennel Crate Cage-36" Review

(More customer reviews)When I purchased this cage I was looking for value and quality and thought I had chosen the appropriate one. It "fits" my dog size-wise, but it's not as sturdy as I'd like. There is no grate or flip-up guard across the front to keep the floor pan in place. I've come home day after day to find she's scooted the pan completely out of the cage leaving herself sitting on the carpet and wire floor. There are two hooks on the bottom front on the INSIDE of the cage that could be dangerous for eyes, paws. At first I thought they must be used somehow to anchor the pan, but after much looking and figuring I couldn't see how that could be done so I took them off. The bent wire clips that hold the cage together aren't very strong. My dog has been able to nearly dismantle the cage with herself inside. She can literally "pop" it apart. She just grabs the front wall in her teeth and backs up and the wall pulls inward, un-connecting itself at the clips. I've had to extensively revamp the cage by wiring corners together to make it stable. Granted, it's a "portable" cage and perhaps I should have chosen another model for a permanent one. The folding design is fine, but if you're looking for a house crate that you can set up and leave, this may not be the one. The locks are good, but the tips are not guarded in any way - just cut off metal. I probably should have chosen a more robust model. I was looking for cheap, and that's exactly what I got. It would be suitable for vacations or shows, but not as a permanent every-day crate.

(More customer reviews)I work in cat rescue in addition to having several of my own. The top-opening carriers are favored by anyone working in rescue, and by the vet offices. Getting a scared cat into a carrier is so so much easier with the top-opening carrier. You can hold the kitty and while it is calm just put him down in through the top, with little stress. Everyone complains about trying to struggle to get a cat into the front, trying to upend the front opening to drop the cat into the small opening. I've given many away to rescue friends, to animal control officers. I keep losing them to people who love them and have to constantly buy more to replenish what I have on hand.
I also work with wildlife and these are the best for transporting orphaned babies. It's easy to treat them from above and you can monitor, medicate and feed them from above, almost impossible with a front-opening.

I ship Labrador retriever and standard Poodle puppies in these kennels. They are roomy enough for Labs and tall enough for Poodle puppies. I recommend these kennels.

(More customer reviews)We travelled from NY to OK with two cats and a dog. We had limited space so the size of the carriers was a factor; the Kennel Cab I Medium was just right. The cats were unable to unlatch the front of the cages, one cat is 17 pounds the other is 8 pounds, and each were able to turn around and sit comfortably in the carrier. Any cat owner will tell you, getting them into the carrier was the most difficult task, as there is one entry. The seat belt feature made it easy to remove the carriers from the car to a hotel room.

(More customer reviews)Overall this carrier is well made, my only complaint is that there is no support system on the top arching cover so it sags big time on the sides. It says it will fit dogs upto 75lbs but my dogs are 50-60 lbs and they just fit - if your dog is bigger I would choose a dfferent carrier with more head clearance. Hope this helps!

I bought it for an eight month old Australian Cattle Dog so that he can be inside at night without worry that he might destroy the furniture. This is a large, heavy kennel, not a small travel crate, and is more den-like than a wire crate and, in my opinion, much safer than wire. It is easy to put together in minutes and handsome in appearance. UPS delivered mine the third day after it was sent and we are pleased with this product and service and the dog LOVES it!

(More customer reviews)The Petmate Pet Porter 2 is a useful item to have if you transport your dog or need to lock him/her up. Assembly was very simple and did it in a few minutes. The material is some what decent. Obviously this is not going to be Fort Knox. But it serves it's purpose. I bought this item for $79, which was a great deal. Though it might be a little flimsy, it keeps my dog contained. I have a 65 lbs American Bulldog, and he doesn't cause too much of a ruckus. The only design flaw is that the door could be re-enforced a little better. Also an addition of a handle on top would be nice. Just to carry it (not with dog inside).

(More customer reviews)I have owned this product for almost 10 years, and have used it for crate training and various travel. My 85lb. dog loves it, and uses it as a "den." Having travelled overseas and back with my dog in this kennel, it should be noted that it meets only US DOMESTIC airline flight requirements/standards. If you are flying internationally, regulations require holes/vents on all 4 sides. This kennel only has them on 3, but the airline I was flying (United) brought out a portable drill, and made some 2" diameter holes in the back side (upper half), and now it meets international flight requirements/standards without being damaged.
