It really does prevent the seat cover and your pet from sliding when they are in the car which can be a real safety issue.

(More customer reviews)I loved the idea. I've been using the trackr as a bike hitch for my beagle. I bought the stroller kit later on so I could go running with him since he's so old as has leg problems..
Unfortunately, when I was putting everything together, the holes don't line up where the handle is supposed to fit. Even then, you can barely turn with this thing, and it's huge. To fold it up somewhere, you have to uninstall the stoller part anyway.
It's much easier and safer just to by a fold up stroller for your dog. That's what I'm going to end up doing.

(More customer reviews)It's ok! I have never tried any other seat so I have nothing to compare it to. The one thing I hat most is the fact that it doesn't sit straight unless the seat is straight up and down. This makes it impossible to have a good fit in the back seat. The leash that is used to connect the dog is too long. I would never leave my animals unattended in this seat since they could try and jump out and hang themselves. If you have a very calm dog that will likely lay down and go to sleep then this seat is a good idea. Also the seat size is a little small for my 5 pound chiuahua. He can sit but not lay down. My 12 week old Min Pinscher fits very good but she is tiny and only 3 pounds. I dont think I would buy another.

(More customer reviews)I am keeping this product just because I need it right now to take my elderly dog to her daily vet visitis, and I can not wait another week to return it and get something better.
This product had clearly been used and returned before. There were pieces of vegetable matter inside the tubes that fell out on my carpet. But this is not the problem.
This kit is terribly made. The finishes are cheap and uneven and it DOES NOT WORK out of the box.
The holes in the hitch are not large enough for the hitch's quick release skewer. I had to take out the drill and bits to make the holes bigger. Someone without the right tools would have to return this piece of crap.
The mounting plate is badly made, so that the wheel is not perpendicular to the ground and the cart pulls to the side all the time. I needed a heavy duty bench vise and several hard hits with a mallet to bend the tubing to an acceptable position.
If you are not handy and don't have a couple of hours to fix, test and fix, don't buy this.

Unlike the one I returned, this is clearly designed by someone who understands that even pets want to be comfortable. It is very well made, incredibly easy to assemble, and installs in seconds, securely on a seat. It is very apparent that my dog, a chihuahua/miniature pinscher mix, is comfortable and feels secure. After initially looking around she quickly curls into the soft, quilted liner (which is removable and washable) and falls asleep. I very rarely write reviews but was motivated by the quality of this product. You will not be disappointed by this attractive seat.
