(More customer reviews)This is a well designed, well constructed cruise ship for dogs. Materials are of excellent quality, the linkage cleverly manages communication between the bike and the carriage, very rugged (excellent off-road) and the whole thing deconstructs quickly and easily for transport/storage. My aging hound recently had a dislocated hip. Rehab was a snap, we just rode our usual routes with the carriage and off-loaded the dog for stretches along the way. He seems to love it and it is great exercise for the person doing the peddling (try hauling an extra 100 lbs up a steep grade). I'd recommend the DoggyRide Novel to anyone looking to do right by their best friend.

(More customer reviews)I loved the idea. I've been using the trackr as a bike hitch for my beagle. I bought the stroller kit later on so I could go running with him since he's so old as has leg problems..
Unfortunately, when I was putting everything together, the holes don't line up where the handle is supposed to fit. Even then, you can barely turn with this thing, and it's huge. To fold it up somewhere, you have to uninstall the stoller part anyway.
It's much easier and safer just to by a fold up stroller for your dog. That's what I'm going to end up doing.

(More customer reviews)When this item arrived, it took about 5 minutes to assemble. The wheels and arm click into place with a snap. The fabric is heavy nylon, like backpack material. There is a mesh door at the back and at the front with zippers. When you want the door open, there is velcro to hold it in place. There are also 2 little pouches on either side that are big enough to hold a leash and a bottle of water. The plate to hold it to your bike is easy to put in place and there is a release latch so the trailer doesn't have to be attached all the time. There is also a heavy spring at the junction between the bar and your bike. The spring acts like a shock absorber and also allows the trailer to move more naturally.
I have a handicapped pet. He loved going for a ride down to the park. I can't imagine wheeling him around in a stroller, but I'll certainly take him for a ride around the neighborhood for a little fun and exercise.

Red Bicycle Trailer for Pets up to 115 lbs. Review

(More customer reviews)received the trailer in only 4 days in perfect condition - just have to air up the tires. I tried to put both of our dogs (one 30 pound, one 10 pound for a ride. They both fit and the trailer is easy to pull. I should have gradually introduced them to their "new ride". They both wanted out immediately. Now I put them in for short rides and will gradually get them road ready.

.. very well made. strong durable construction.
.. very large. holds my 92 lb "Bear" and my 120 lb girlfriend.
.. mounts to bike very easily and pulls very smoothly.
.. nice to have the extra pockets to put leash and dogbowl.
.. in an effort to "go green" we ride our bikes to the grocery store and use this cart to haul the groceries back with us. works amazing for this too.
.. one thing everyone should take into play when purchasing any cart would be your dog. consider if your dog will actually go into this thing. this particular cart is very sturdy but a dog that won't enter a kennell cage won't ever consider a cart ride.
overall very nice product. would buy again.
