(More customer reviews)I bought this after I recieved the 30lbs by the same company. My dog goes everywhere with me and this is perfect to keep in the car. The little pocket on the side is great to keep an extra leash and some extra bags in. It also comes with a colapsable water/food bowl I use it all the time when hiking. It does make my car smell a bit like dog food, but hey it is her car too. I also think this will be great for boarding her, I can send her of with a perfect weeks worth of food and a few accesories all in a nice little bag. Would highly recommend this to anybody who travels with a dog.

(More customer reviews)This is the handiest thing I've found for walking my dogs since I found the on-leash carrier for waste bags! With record heat in Texas (over 100 degrees for 17 days and counting), this is an absolute necessity. My dogs didn't require any "learning" period - just gratefully lapped up the water the first time I used it. I fill it at night and keep it in the fridge so it's cool and ready to go. Also, haven't had any problems with "spillage" - just slowly tip to fill water reservoir and to turn back upright. Great product! Highly recommend!

Pet Portage Sport Backpack on Wheels for animals up to 16lbs. Review

(More customer reviews)When I bought the Pet Portage Sport Backpack with the intent to wear it while I ride my bike and be able to take my Dachshund along, I took the chance that it would fit my body, and his, since the weight requirements matched. The ad said it was on sale for 35.99, so I took a chance, since I'd been researching and shopping for a long time now.
When it arrived, I realized that there was nothing specifically pet special about it, and there was no way to secure the shoulder straps in front of my own body, as would be on any real hiking pack, especially if you are carrying any kind of weight in it.
So, it didn't fit me quite right, but I figured I was only out 36 bucks... til I got the credit card statement and discovered I'd been charged 75 dollars.... and of course, no response from either the seller, nor Amazon as I tried to find out what happened during ordering.
I can't use it, I can't return it, I can't get a refund. Not happy.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this cover to use in the cargo area of my Acura MDX. The measurements for the version sold for cargo areas came up a bit small, but this hammock style, laid flat, fits perfectly. Turned to the nylon side, this cover worked perfectly at the beach...catching all the sand from our beach stuff, and it was so easy to un-clip and dump. When at home, we turn it to the fleece side and it protects the carpeted backs of the back seats and the floor in the cargo area where the dog rides. The model made by Acura specifically for the MDX ($199) is all vinyl-coated fabric and the dog hair doesn't stick to it...but it flies all around the car! The fleece lining also un-zips from the cover and it washes & dries beautifully in the machine. Very good quality, and even better price.

(More customer reviews)I belong to 2 Chihuahuas and in the last year have been active in Chihuahua rescue. There has been as many as 5 Chihuahuas jumping over each other in the back seat. This hammock car seat pet protector has been a life saver and more importantly a TIME SAVER. I'm not constantly having to vacum out my car after transporting dogs around (which, as it turns out, is all the time!). I have a silver PT Cruiser and the gray seat cover looks nice in it. Very happy with purchase!

GMI PetShield Tubular Travel Barrier Review

(More customer reviews)I was thrilled to find a barrier that I could use with bucket seats. At first I had a hard time getting it to stay in place. Eventually I figured out a little trick. If I pull the barrier towards me and adjust it just a little higher, tighten the knob and then push it into place it's snug enough to stay put. Trying to adjust the height while in place is nearly impossible to make it tall enough to stay in place. The only thing I would change about it is make the top tube just a few inches wider to make less of a gap between the seats. The price is very reasonable. This barrier has definately helped make driving to the dog park safer for me. The dogs stay in the back seat where they should be! If you spend a little time working with it so it's the correct height it should stay in place.

(More customer reviews)My 7 pound Chi and I have always enjoyed outdoor activities together. Unfortunately, a recent medical condition prevents my Chi from long walks and hikes like we used to do because she wears out quickly. Her love of the outdoors has not changed and this Sporty Bike Basket has opened up a new way for us to continue outdoor activities while allowing my Chi the comfort and warmth she needs. It is wide and deep enough for me to put a small soft bed on the bottom on top of the cushion that it comes with, as well as a blanket to wrap around her so she stays warm. The Sporty Bike Basket stays nice and flat so she doesn't slide around and the adjustable harness strap hook allows me to hold her in tight while she sits and enjoys the view, and then let it out when she needs to lay down and rest. As long as we are on a straight path, her ride is very smooth. When we need to make turns, the basket does tilt along with the bike but as long as you aren't moving at very fast speeds or making sharp turns, the ride is still smooth and comfortable for my Chi. The only thing that could be considered a down side, is since you are putting the weight of an animal on the front of the bike, it could make it slightly unstable if your pet moves around. However, if you train your pet well and get used to the weight and movement on the front of your bike, this is a great way to explore the outdoors with your pet. In fact, when I go to put my Chi in her basket, she reaches for it with excitement as it brings life back into her spirit each and every time.

I flew from California to New York and this back pack was extremely practical! It is more compact than most carriers, however, this is what I was looking for to travel with. I wouldn't leave my pet in the the backpack for an extended period of time. It's practical use is most effective from point A to point B. Although, if the backpack is laid down, it's more spacious allowing my dog to sleep more comfortably.

(More customer reviews)My 12lb min pin loves his new camo doggy backpack! I always had to force him into his old pet carrier, but he actually won't get out of his new backpack! ! I did a lot of searching online for dog backpacks and this one is really great, especially for the price.
I bought this backpack because I wanted to be able to carry him around while keeping my arms free. The shoulder carrier bags give me a headache after lugging him around the airport, and this is a great alternative. I am hoping I can take it on the airlines too since he flies a lot with me, but I have not tired yet.
My min pin is 12lbs (small but chubby). He fits well in the backpack, especially with the little top open where he can have his head peeking out. He is stable in the bag, and has never come close to falling out. With the entire bag zipped up, he takes up most the room length-wise, but can still turn around and has plenty of room above his head and on the sides. I would feel comfortable flying with him and feeling like he has enough room.
The backpack is also comfortable to wear and looks well-made!

No complaints at all so far!
The backpack arrived quickly and in good condition.

(More customer reviews)I bought this carrier for my 6 lb. chihuahua/papillon mix. I should say I paid much more in my local pet store than the price listed here. My dog fits very comfortably and has plenty of room even though he is rather tall for his size and he doesn't mind going in it. The bag has worked out well for getting him around the city and on public transit for short trips, however there is a big problem with the bag. Because of its shape and design, even when the bag is zippered shut there are open gaps on both sides of the zipper. My dog has figured out that if he tries hard enough he can push his head through these gaps and poke his head out of the bag. This is especially a problem when he goes through the gap where the zipper starts (not where it closes and easily opens) because then I have to gently pull his head back through a very small space without hurting him and it's not an easy thing to do. The carrier is okay for shorter trips but on extended trips when the dog starts to get antsy it's way too easy for him to wriggle himself out and put himself in a situation where he can get hurt. It's become enough of a problem that I've purchased a new carrier that zips shut all the way.

Granted it's large for her, but i use this to fly with so i think its nice for her to have extra room. My Chihuahua loves this thing, as soon as i pull it out of the closet she jumps in :)
I'm not sure where the other reviewer got 25lbs for, i shopped all over for this item and never saw it recommended for a pet over 15lb??

(More customer reviews)I have a very large, over 25 pounds cat and I have been looking for a carrier that was big enough for him. This carrier fit the bill. It's a little bit taller than I expected (I was focused more on the width & depth measurements), so it is a nice size. It seems too big for airline travel, but it worked well for taking my kitty to the vet - he could move around comfortably and wasn't smushed up like the standard sized carrier I used to get him home from the pound. I really like that it is on wheels or can be comfortably used as a backback, but it seems too big and bulky to use the shoulder strap. It could use soem more padding on the bottom (I folded up an old towel, and I didn't try the leash tether.
